It is very durable and ideal for flat and low sloped roofs or areas where a roof dies into a wall or low sloped valley area. The top surface of the membrane can be smooth or granular available in black, weatherwood, and oak brown colors. This product can also be installed in below freezing temperatures. We have this material on our homes and office and have never had a leak. This material is heat welded to a Malarkey 501 modified base sheet mechanically fastened to the plywood deck with round head metal simplex nails per manufacture's specifications and code as well as large or small face metal around the perimeter of all new roofs. Metal available in black, brown, and galvanized and is primed on the roof side of the metal with an asphalt based quick dry primer that seal the polyglass torch applied membrane to the metal. All of our new polyglass torch applied membrane roofs come with a ten year workmanship warranty from Roof Leak Services.
